looking around for a unoccupied WH system to try setting up a starbase. found one empty one with a static null sec that i thought about but had a max mass restriction of 100,000,000 so i wasnt sure if the starbase components would kill the mass/lifecycle. then some guys started daytripping in there so i'm just poking around at other holes. haven't set up a base before, gpt some isk to burn so just playing around.
