What did you really expect?

They make new BF and COD each year just to leach money from you, yet they offer nothing new, just a fancy title.

This is the first proper BF game for years.

Why?

Because the two BC games were nothing more than console ports that they tested their new builds on. The last proper BF game was 2142 which came out in 2006

That did not answer my question, I am wondering what makes it a proper game. What exactly make sit good? ;)

I play bf3 and I have never done the missions. It is not about the missions, is about the multiplayer gaming... my favorite:

Spot Tank >> Do the sneaky >> place c4 >> let tank see you >> blow up tank.

What makes it different from, say Counter Strike, or any such game?

Many games are multilayer that does not automatically make them good ;)

Play it on a PC and you will find the difference.

In other words you do not have any words to describe it? ;)

When the first bf came out it was amazing. A massive battlefield with 64 players (exactly what it said on the tin) awsome. It had bikes jeeps tanks of all sorts plains, boats. Even aircraft carriers you could hop into the driver seat as captin and controle. Or man the sentry guns/ flack cannons. It was vast, raw, unpridictable and totaly live. You could controle everything. Unlike its counterpart COD which was single player. Great graphics but it was a massive cutscene. No matter how many time you played it it would always be the same thing. The same CPU plain flying overhead. The same CPU controled boat blowing up. But battlefield was controled by people and was just as unpredictable because of it so. And thats why I fell in love with battlefield. And it was growing. Desert combat. Starwars. And many other FREE addon mods made an awsom game even more so. It grew with the world around it.
