Hi,

I tried using the search function for this already so...

How do I get my hands on one?

I know that since it's Tech II, I will need to invent it from Tech I blueprint original, but wouldn't I just get Hobgoblin II blueprint copy if I invent from a Hobgoblin I blueprint original?

I checked on contracts in-game and can see one for sale, but I don't really want to pay 250mil for it.

Any ideas?

It's a looted BPC, not from invention. You are correct in that inventing with a hobo t1 BPO gets a hobo II BPC.

edit: I haven't been able to loot one myself, but from what I can tell it's found in drone signatures.

You sure about that? I've found a augmented Hammerhead BPC recently, and I wasn't able to spot a difference on stats.

* Higher Velocity (1680 m/s vs. 1848 m/s).
* More structure (710 HP vs. 1065 HP).
* More shield (134 HP vs 201 HP).
* More armor (288 HP vs 432 HP).

Tracking is the same.
