What i like best about this is the whole "If there are Significant changes then they announce......" WTF???? How about you tell us when you change anything instead of just letting us be like is something broken.... CCP does do tons of changes they don't add to patch notes. Oh and may in inquire what you define as "Significant"? This is pretty broad...
