ive been trying to figure out how to charge my members fees for starting a job. i know how to set the fees up and set the standings and usage, but it seems to pull isk from the corp wallet and not the members.. it seems to me that i cant get around having the corp pay for all these job being installed. how do i change this? or can i? i dont know what to do at this point. any help here would be great

Research jobs will always pull the fee from a corp wallet. One way to get around this is to have a dedicated corp wallet division to research:
Pick a division, and name it something obvious like, say, "Research Funds". Give anyone who wants to do research full access to the Research Funds division, but keep that division empty. When someone wants to install a job, they must first deposit (personal) ISK in the Research Funds, use that wallet to install the job, then remove any extra ISK from Research Funds. This way they are still paying their own ISK for research, just in a slightly round-about way. You should try to keep Research Funds at 0.00 ISK at all times, except when someone's using it to install a job.

That being said, I seemed to have seen an option to install individual jobs on alliance labs this morning. I don't know if this is a new feature, or if I misread something. My money's on the latter.
