Test Server Feedback

i need my test server account david-slater turned on please.
my live server account is runing.

i have a account on the test server and i do have an open account on the live server.

this has nothing to do with mirroring.
in fact its one of my oldest accounts and has been doing the masstesting, just not this mounth.
and i have already posted on that forum.
iv been trying for days to have that account turned back on.
and i have two toons on that account.
tell me something i dont know.
this is not the first time i had to do this.

1. Account reactivation (only for Singularity)

"My account is active on TQ, but when I connect to Singularity it says it's disabled, what's up with that?"

If your account on Tranquility was inactive when the current test server mirror was made, it will be inactive on the test server as well. If you reactivated it on Tranquility after that date and you want to do the same for Singularity, post here with any character on the account(s) you want reactivated. Do NOT post your username here, it's a security risk for you. Your character name is enough.

Here are the Steps:

- post in this thread with any character on the account(s) you want reactivated.
- if you have multiple accounts that need reactivation, make one post per account.
- check the thread regularly.
- be patient, sometimes we cannot get to your request right away or even after a few days. QA is busy people.
- if you still have problems logging into your account, read below.

Mathew – the test server reactivation thread hasn't been checked in about a week. I think this guy's just getting impatient.
