Sorry for lack of details.

Pirates would be normal NPC frigates (wrecker, despoier, etc.). Range would be 30 to 50 KM.

There have already many ships been mentioned that would be complete overkill for the task at hand, it really boils down to how fast you can press F1-F4.
This challenge is silly, give us a new one.

Cloak up before they see you. Then sit there afk until they self destruct ,run away, or dock up. Oh you want fast.....

Eh just call in a noob fleet of rifters that should take care of them. May lose a few but it would be a good fight none the less.
