Tunneling Launcher-specific Traffic

OH GOD HOW DID THIS GET HERE

I am currently trying to run EVE behind a restrictive firewall that has SSH (22) open.

With a fresh install of the latest build I can circumvent the launcher by running Exefile.exe from the command prompt with the /server 127.0.0.1 command to use an SSH tunnel; however, I cannot find a way to tunnel specifically the Launcher's traffic.

I've tried adding srv200-g.ccp.cc to my hosts file resolving it to 127.0.0.1. I've tried modifying the start.ini file to point to 127.0.01, but I've had no luck.

The result is the launch is unable to patch the game client. I've tried manually patching the game client thanks to the sticky posts, but the Launcher just keeps restarting when I use the Import Patch function in the tools menu.

Has anyone been successful with tunneling the Launcher's traffic?

Currently I am reinstalling the game from the offline installer every time a new build is released.
