Highest dps among T1 BS is a torp raven (and its somewhat usable too, if you brought enough target painters)

of any BS, shield/neutron vindi, but its applied dps is meh due to short range, you would have to make sure your target was webbed to have much of a chance of applying that dps (upside here is the insane serpentis web bonus and the fact that a shield vindi is actually fairly quick for a BS)

for applied dps with a Bs, probably splitting hairs between an AC machariel or a pulse nightmare. A torp Golem is also a strong contender here (but the golem is a terrible pvp boat)

I was mainly concerned about Pure Fire power tbh, but say your trying to destroy a.... Omni tanked Raven :) Ok ok To be honest i was thinking about sneaking around wh space untill i find an unlucky sod minding his/her own business, and blow them to bits :D Killing them and getting away is probly the most inportant thing, but also getting into range.... cloaky is a bit of a hard one, falcon has to little dps etc, somthing like a poon sounds good :) Ill use an alt to scan out etc. maybe thats for another topic though.

I think maybe some will disagree and agree, but each to theyre own.

Im training mimi atm, and i cant wait to fly a poon :D

But less calibration, and with mroe PG and CPU as per usual.

I've seen navy phoon fits having close to 1/2 a million EHP and doing over 1k dps. They are real beasts.

I love my phoon, with a standard fit it will do 1k dps and have 100k EHP while moving at around 1000m/s with a mwd. It is a surprise butsecks killing machine.

This fit has 200k EHP with 900 dps and 900m/s using low grade slaves, it's pretty beefy and cheap (not counting the cost of the lg slaves) i prefer a fit that uses heavy neuts tho for when i come up against ammar ships.

Dunno what is best, they all have pros and cons for pvp and pve but the Machariel and domi are the most fun.

Domi because its like the myrmidon, you never know how its going to be fitted when you meet one and the Machariel because its fast and deals allot of damage in practice. Like a cane on steroids.

Let me tell you about this dude's special phantasm fit which was able to do 600em dps per second. You better not rat in his space.
