I think It would be funny to be exiting warp at a gate and see an explosion and a pod show up on overview only to find out someone MWD'd an inty into my freighter.

Yes it does.
…except, of course, that to do that, you have to expose yourself first, which tips the target off. So no, that won't work.

Show me something that can, after warping onto grid Cloaked, activate an MWD while cloaked (or hit 2km/s cloaked without MWD).

Who ever said that I'm a master of killing? You're only assuming it because you think that anyone who argues against more protective measures is only out to defend their own advantage.
