Why do BPC's show up in the market but I cant sell BPC's on the market but only in contracts? Confused

All BP's that show up on the market are BPO's. BPC's can only be sold via contract.

I'm assuming that when copies are created a unique item is being created (hence you can't stack them either) and as such this unique item isn't seeded to the market and of course never will be hence the need to sell through contracts.
