Like the NeoCom make a window that would contain ALL the buttons that people use for flying around. Make it customizable and have the "selected target" buttons and the fleet broadcast buttons when available. A lot of people map them to buttons but would be nice to have all of them in one place.

Warp to
Jump
Dock
Need Shields
Need Armor
etc.
