The use of smartbombs on missions

Hey there!
The question is, can you use smartbombs on missions without Concord problems?

I heard if you damage some sort of building (like beacon) you can get your a$$ kicked by a concord.

In other words is it safe to use it at all?

Not in high sec. Unless you're very, very careful.

I've heard that you can get CONCORDed if you so much as clip your own drones with the SB.

Don`t smartbomb or ECM burst in high sec. Or I will find you and sit cloaked next to you in your mission until your AOE weapon goes off and claim a free KM. Done it before. Will do again.

If you want to do it, do it in a cheap ship for fun that you intend to destroy without any insurance as concord won't pay up. I've done it a long time ago in a cheap ship, I got the blocade one of the lower lv ones and got all the frigs/cruisers around me in an area with nothing around and just started letting them off and watched the fireworks. It was quite entertaining, though if you try to use it regularly I can guarantee you a small piece of old space debree will drift into your path and concord will kill you for destroying said piece of space trash.

Using smartbombs in HS is a great plan. I fully endorse it.
