Haha, this one would be win just for the sheer surprise factor. Better yet, temporary mine fields. You warp into one and you get scrambled, having to fly like an ace to get out alive. Reward in the middle: possible faction loot. :D

Suppose you'd just finished laying out silverware for some guests, when one of them grabs a steak knife and, in a rage, leaps across the table and eviscerates another guest. Would you be tried as the eviscerator, yourself? What logic would stop at you, and not continue to all the way to the miner who extracted the metal that the knife was formed from?

Obviously the can-flipper is the CONCORDalbe aggressor in this instance. No matter that the can-flipper was surprised himself by the bomb, any more than wielders of smartbombs are excused by their surprise when cloaked vessels drift in range of that weapon. The can-flipper is to blame because he has undertaken an action which may very well lead to an explosion.

Logoffski changed so instead of logging you off, everyone on your grid gets logged off, allowing you to escape to safety.

I am not calling for pacifism or anything like that.

i just want people to kill me, a new player, in a way that i want to go back and have another fight and probably lose again, i want to think "oh hey i lost my ship, oh well get another and go look for a new thing to do", not "holy **** this griefer just deleted everything i own, added days to my training time, and i am leaving because i cant be arsed to start over"

what is the point of making people unsub and not want to log back in?
