Due to a crappy internet connection I am having issues with an 80kb bandwidth....

is downloading the 1.8GB "remastered" ending so as to subject itself to my ire when it will presumably fail to present itself as a credible ending to the saga.

On the off chance that anyone's been playing it (lack of threads here suggest no ones thought to mention it, or people are blankly staring at their screens for a few hours after beating the game).... how was it? Pirate

i figured it'd still be ******, so i didn't even bother reinstalling the game, although them putting the reapers win ending back in was pretty cool.

There's a discussion thread in Backstage about this release (large spoiler warning), plus the original, larger thread on page 2 of their OOC section.

I don't have the game, and probably not interested in it. I've still not gone very far with Deus Ex: HR just from lack of time.

Well, some "closure" and "explanation" at least, but the endings (they're actually different now) are still very much at odds with the rest of the game and the ones that came before it. Anything that happened in ME1 and ME2 still doesn't make a difference.

Had Bioware done this from the start, there still would have been rage, but less like we have now, I think.

The rest of the game remains a whacked out rush job; I'd happily given it 18-24 months extra development time, but then again, I'm not EA.

Wasted time and opportunity.

Still looking for that last keeper to scan. In ME 1.
Every week I actually can bring myself to play that one for an hour or so, but I am not impressed. And that is for a game that was highly praised.

With its critics, there is no way I am ever going to touch ME 3!

Off-The-Charts-Horrible endings have given way to simply bad endings; plot holes and stupidity remains though it's not as blatantly hastily put together anymore. In conclusion, ten seconds of my opinion follow:

How ME3 Should Have Ended. And this, I must say, is a far more awesome way to finish it IMO.

Remember guys; EVE Online: Still a better ending than Mass Effect 3.

It's sad because the universe created for the game its amazing, i enjoyed the first game, the second was good but not like the first.. and the third is ruined by the endings. As a whole, the game was worth it by the journey and not by the end.

How can Bioware have come to this state? The same happened with Dragon Age, first game was brilliant and the second.. god.. so awfull it hurts.

As for the new ME3 ending, it's a little better but still have major issues regarding plot holes. Sad but nothing we can do.
