So... I am relatively bored with just being a rabble rousing Tear-Terrorist within wormholes and I am looking to find any notable C1-3 live in corps. Could anyone be kind enough to throw me some names so I can start asking them?

The corp recruitment thread is rather bare of c1-3 corps :(

The Kairos Syndicate is based in a c2. Been there for over 2 years now, and still love it. Don't know about any others off the top of the my head though.

Yes, seconded on KAIRS; LOST also has SEXCO in a C2, or R-NAT if you wish to try C4 life on for size, as well as our C5 dwellers.

Actually, several of the alliances listed in the Notable Corps/Alliances sticky at the top of this forum have pos's setup in lower class wh's as well as higher class wh's.

Kairos and Talocan both have access to C2s and they are among the bigger players in WH space.

R-NAT are actually more of a C2 corp than KAIRS, we have a C2 static! :)

I am wanting to live in a c1-3 because I have been Nomadding in any WHs I could find for the last month or so... >.> Just annoying people in local :/ I want to find people to call friends :/

I recommend Transmission Lost. They're a good group of players and have a good c2 crew.

Couldn't tell you about the rest, but try hopping into different pub channels and asking about. Wormhole dwellers are all about self reliance.
