I confess that I recently lost a stealthbomber to belt rats and almost rage quit because of it.

I also frequently fly around 0.0 in a cloaky hurricane, moar cloak = win right? Idea

easier said then done... people get really attached to thier ships... i still have my first ship i ever bought... i would probs rage quit if i lost it... i mean its over 7 years old...

the difference is for solo players ships are important cuss loosing them is a real hit... but for big alliances that have reinbursement pvp is more of an arcade game because a loss means nothing...

me too sad thing is i actually post more with my forum alt then i play eve with my main...

i am mostly a solo player who does casual pvp but i really enjoy solo pve adn that has not been iterated on in years... so i have no need to log in anymore...

I once agreed to retract a war declaration once target funded pizza was delivered to the office where where myself and a few corp mates worked. It almost worked out until our target got wise and made a GM inquiry.

Nobody pays for my ships but me, and I don't get attached. You can't be an effective pvp'er if you're attached to your ships, it makes you risk-averse.

There's no use crying after every mistake, you just keep on trying 'til you run out of cake.

This is not true at all. My hyper-paranoia in regards to ship loss is what has driven me to be an effective PvP pilot.

good for you... for alot of players they dont differentiate between pvp and pve ships... like when i first started to play i would take my ratting ship and if there was a friend being attacked i would do a quick refit and chance loosing my best ship...

the sad thing is peeps would rather save up for estameles invuls then buy 15 pvp bs's...
