where is buddy invite plex?

My Engish no good, so sorry, sorry, please forgive.



I accepted a buddy invite from a friend and subsequently upgraded to a paid account, however he has not recieved his plex request. There is no redeem option or anything like this. Is there a delay for his plex or is he a stupid fool who is not looking in the right place?

If you paid with Paypal, there will be few days delay. Otherwise it should be available really soon, as long as you used allowed payment method.

When he logs in there will be gift box at character selection screen. He can also use ESC-menu -> "redeem" button at bottom to redeem the PLEX.

The reason PayPal takes a couple of days (usually 3 work days) is cause you paid to paypal to activate the game. Paypal pays CCP and CCP has to verify that the Paypal payment did actually come from you. So that takes a couple of days.
