Using the same ammunition? Yes. But you can't use Fury from DG/CN launchers.

Do a search for Caldari Navy Heavy Missile Launcher and you'll see well-seasoned arguments on each side.

Yeah, faction launchers are better if youre using t1/faction ammo.

Currently I'm using heavy missile launcher II with scourge fury missiles. Just wondering if I can boost dps by simply switching launchers and ammo...

No. Your paper DPS will go down with the switch away from Fury. However, you may find your applied damage against cruisers and smaller goes up with such a switch.

It also will depend on your ship and how you fit it, implants and missile support skills.
