implant for missile chuckers

I was thinking about picking up a set of 3% hard-wiring implants that wont break the bank. Here is what I have in mind.

http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Hardwiring_-_Zainou_'Deadeye'_ZMA100 - slot 8 only applies to light, heavy and cruise

On slot 7 I am not sure to go with either 3% to flight range or 3% to max velocity

What would you suggest?
I am looking for a bit more damage and range.

Max vel over max flight time. Max vel inherently increase range with the added bonus they get to the target a little quicker.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.

^^ Yup always go for max velocity - if the missiles are chasing someone moving away at some speed increase flight time could mean they never actually make it to the target whereas max velocity might mean they catch up. Not to mention your hitting earlier which could make the difference in a fight if it comes down to the wire.

Velocity, as stated previously.

Also, you may want to price check "Whelan's Machorin's Ballistic Smartlink." It's a 5% RoF implant that doesn't require cyber V and has a variable price (not that I've price checked it recently.)

Aside from damage and RoF implants, I wouldn't bother with the other missile implants (well, except for the velocity implant for Torp Golem pilots.)
