ecm scorp can keep the hate so there has to be less switching with reppers and it can keep 4 or more bs locked out for damage mitigation.. it can be used to keep your targets at optical range cause the sleepers tend to move away when jammed and then back when it is removed a boomerang effect can be used, sleeper reppers can be locked out to make killing faster...etc

The type of ecm mod doesn't matter as they all work against the sleepers but having the different types loaded could possibly help if you have a gank fleet jumps the op.

But if you are doing it right you only need the ecm when you are ready to leave some of the sites.

Sleepers hate eWar, simple as.

It allows running a pair of RR Domis in a C3 perfectly do-able, since I get absolutely no drone aggro at all.

We noticed that the Incursion AI was much the same so many armour fleets liked to use an over tanky NAPOC anchor with a few jammers just to always attract the AI alphas with a ship that was easily repped with high resists. Proved good to attract the super bomber waves from the super cap Revenant away from alphaing the logistics.
