personally i feel that if CCP takes any action the people involved won't find any kind of net loss as a result of the action, i think the action taken will be to safeguard the FW market to avoid a crash rather than to punish the parties involved.

Goons are the closest thing CCP has to beta testers, so why would they ban them?
