3 Billion Isk Loan, Help ?

I am looking for a 3 billion isk Loan, while being new to Market and Discussions I was hoping someone could explain to me how to get one, the process, or how all of it would go down ?

Typically, to acquire a loan or bond from the fine gentlemen of MD, you have to create a thread that includes the details of the loan, like duration, interest, and amount.. If you don't have anything you could offer as collateral, it's harder to get a loan, especially of 3b magnitude. Usually getting one with no collateral requires you to repgrind, meaning that you post like a boss for a few months on MD, in hopes that enough people start trusting you. However, if you do have suitable collateral, you can just put up a thread and within a few hours responses should appear. The process of transferring the money and collateral is usually by contract, if you have collateral, or simple money transfer, if you don't. If you have collateral, the investor will normally put up a contract offering the required ISK amount for the collateral that you are offering. Same thing goes around when you are repaying.

If you have assets to put in as collateral, I can offer you a loan of 3 Billion for it. Without collateral I think it will be hard for you to get a loan of that size as a first loan.
