Reduce doctor waiting times by fixing the LP store.

Joking aside please please fix the LP store so you can enter a quantity of purchases rather than giving yourself repetitive strain injury by having to select / confirm over and over and over again, its a PITA and I see no real benefit to have it the way it is other than to be a PITA.
