I've been playing this game for some years now and I still feel like I'm not making enough ISK each day to keep up my habits.

Whats an average amount of ISK to make each day?

Passive & Active?

0 ISK/Day

I have no Idea how I acquire goods and services without acquiring funds every day.

Actively enough to buy a new battleship every few days. That's not much but honestly its just a handful of level 4 missions. Turns out I do more BSing in local than actually playing.

On average i would say around 100-150 mill a day.

That's just diddling around in missions and chatting mostly

I'm only in it for the avatars, and you don't need skills and ships to look this good.

Um... I don't know.

I make anywhere from 600M an hour for an hour to 0 an hour for a day.

None. My accounts will be inactive in 4 hrs and I'm on the forums, not in the game.

Back when I cared?
Option A: Grind power. It will be different for everyone. There are good missions, bad missions. There are good Anoms, bad anoms. You might get a hundred mill a day in decryptors, you might get none.

Option B: Percentage stacking. If you have 10 billion you might make 100 million. If you have 100 Billion you might make a billion. This is done with market profits and requires more home work and knowing who is manipulating what on a daily basis.

I live in WH space, so making a certain per hour isn't accurate, but I can honestly say that I feed my PVP addiction that way

PVP mostly, I tend to lose ships all to often due to stupid glitches.
(I hate Australian Internet pipe to EVE servers)

I live 0.0 Sov space, and running the anoms im only make 50mil a day, (4hrs playing)
I just hear of ppl doing the same anoms as me making around $500 a day. Maybe its time to learn to fly a tengu. Ships seem so unbalanced.

If you make 50m in 4 hours in 0.0 you are doing something terribly wrong. Get a T2 Drake/Tengu and do some Forsaken Hubs.

5 trillion?

Nah seriously, I could make 100m in a couple of hours with just mission running. Double that if I were ratting in null sec. If I'm plating the markets, I could make 1b in a day or I could actually lose money... it depends.

Hmmm...

Damn, I can't rightly say anymore, tbh.

If i were to mission with handsome Tarryn here, or my other two hi-skill toons, then--not including LP-flipping, because I tend to save those for a rainy day (IE quick replacement of +4s if I get podded), and/or own-use faction mods and ammo--probably approx. ISK 45mn/h if I got a string of good missions (no "Right Hand of Zazzmatazz" spam, but that one's super-easy to blitz anyway).

Missions put the "Grrrr...X" in grind, though, so I rarely do them anymore, I do losec exploration.

With some good drops, and consistent sites--doing just the profession-sites, not counting 'Plexes--then I go around, I would say ISK 25-40mn/h low-end, up to (very-)approximately 80mn/h, occasionally much higher if I get that one (very rare, just so we're clear) booster-control skill-book that goes for ISK 325+ mn in the fighting/hacking pirate LADAR sites.

Again, not counting 'Plexes, I see the losec profession-sites as my "regular wage," good 'plexes as a (sometimes-epic!) bonus.

I've made upwards of 200mn/h in wormholes, but this is chance-based (Melted Nanoribbon Gods must favour you), and risks scaled accordingly, plus you need friends you can trust. (C4+ sites really can't be solo'ed.)

Is it less-efficient, my "thing?" Arguably, yes.

Is it more fun, immersive, and fells so much more "really" rewarding? No argument whatsoever!

You need ISK in this game, but don't fall into the "max ISK/h!!!111oneone!" trap, OP--this game will stop being fun very quickly if you do, because let's face it--EVE's hilariously archaic PvE component just isn't all that good, with certain exceptions.

Star Wars: the Old Republic may not be EVE. But I'll take the sound of dual blaster-pistols over "NURVV CLAOKING NAOW!!!11oneone!!" any day of the week.

That breaks down to like 4-5mil per tick, so he is doing something wrong, or ratting in some low SP/T1 fit.

Lol. You won't get honest answers in a thread like this. It's just asking for mostly "made up" hard raging epeens.

The choking, sweltering, deadly, and killing rule of no rule; the consecration of cupidity and braying of folly, and dim stupidity and baseness, in most of the affairs of men. Slopshirts attainable three-halfpence cheaper by the ruin of living bodies and immortal souls.

And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit.

I fly a Proteus with my mate in his Tengu. He can sit at 80k and just pop them off.
If i fit rails i just cant do enough damage. If I blaster fit it, Im fine. but its still a little painful being bashed by 30ships and running that risk.

Mighty have to find a real good fit for a Proteus long range.

That's mostly just because of how awesome the tengu is for PvE tbh. If you're in sov space though, have you not tried a close range fit?

I just wouldn't advise using a close range fit without keeping an eye on Intel, since stuff coming your way will land on you at near-zero.

Chances are, OP you are making the average.

Saying it again for the hundredth time. If everyone was making 200 mill an hr, Plex wouldn't be selling for 500 mill. They would be selling for 5 Billion. Ignore the people saying they are making 200 mill an hr. They are bald faced liars. 12 mill an hr is the PvE average in EVE. You willget rare spikes to as high as half a billion but it's based on loots that have optic value far above their true value and they are extremely rare.
