Unable even to go pass the launcher

I have installed EvE. I have last version of wine on xubuntu 12.04. I am using Windows 7 as wine parameter.

As i click on play on the launcher, i get this error: Internal Error - Invalid Parameters.

Can someone help?

You are not supposed to click "Play" on launcher. Go to launcher settings and set it to run only if there are updates available. Close it, run winecfg and set dll overrides to "builtin, native" for msvcr90 and msvcr100. Run the game.

When new patch appears and launcher starts (and gives an error), you can change the overrides back, patch, then change overrides again. There are other ways described here in the forum.

Open your eyes. And awaken.
