Is there a list of which skills are seeded in which NPC?

Trying to find where Mining Connections is seeded.

its not seeded, like all the other connections skill books, it comes from any LP store from a corp that mainly hosts those missions.

a corp thats mainly security will have security connections on the LP store, a mining corp will have mining connections.

cost is 10m +15k lp if im not mistaken.

(this was changed with incarna i think)
