Hi all,

I've been inactive for a while and now I'm about to restart into Eve. Especially FW seems to be good for me, as it seems to be more interesting than just flying mission after mission. So, here's my situation:

I want to fly for Amarr Militia and also read some stuff about FW, but so far, I have little PvP experience and not too much money. My skills are quite ok (amarr frigs, cruisers, BC's and Assault frigs on 5 + laser skills mostly up), but for the beginning, what would be best?

I think there are different activities in FW, so lets split things up:
What ship for defensive plexing?
Offensive plexing?
Flying FW missions?
What about solo vs fleet?
Can I refinance losses by doing FW?

And besides the ships, what modules are must haves? Do I need a scanner or is the onboard enough? What about webbing and ewar?

You see, a lots of questions here. I'm willing to learn and I hear, that the Amarr are not in there best days, so I want to do my share and help where I can and have some fun besides.

Plexing, and pvp are married in fw these days. A good start is a punisher. Buy a bunch, fit meta 4 pulse lasers, damage control, ab/mwd, warp scram/disruptor, and some other tank mods u're good to go. Would highly recommend joining a fw corp as flying solo in the npc fw sucks. You'd also gain a better intel channel, fleet mates, and more access to pvp knowledge and experience.

Thanks for the advice. Sounds like a pve-punisher + point to me, so I should have no probs with flying them. As to the corp: I'll have a few days around there before I'll decide on that matter. Gathering some experience etc.
