failure to de-spawn sites from server..?

Hey!

Keen explorer here - just woke up, got my dragonbreath checked, and started doing my scans - 35 minutes on the bubbles and 2 radar sites on lock.

Great, wee, hurray, money to be made, isks to be had.. but.. I arrive at the site, all normal, save for.. grey cans.. - site completely normal, but.. grey cans, and.. all 4 of em, empty.

I've been in the system for 30 minutes before, noone there - only time i left was to take a quick jump to apply my codebreaker before going back - AKA the site hadnt "just been cleared".

so.. question is.. Why havent these sites Despawned..?

And yes, EVE online takes TIME. Its good, i understand and I'm ok with that.. but I hate wasting it, and I'm certanly not alone - give your codes a thorough lookthrough?

Just wanna add that my third radar today, also was grey'd out and had no lewt in em >.<

just wanna add that.. you make me vomit, and that the cans on my DED was greyd out as well.
