Why no attention from CCP to CHAR xfer on other portals?!

Exactly, CCP can only act on what they know.
I have no idea why the OP is getting so upset about this.

I posted before how,but ure Eu guy, so all ok
If my firm would lose money cause some pirates sell production thats not legalm but under my brand, i would waste 1$ but punish them...

Somehow ( and it's not always as hard as people might think) I get hold of your API or you might even have your character up for appraisal or whatever.
I use the info I get from that and put your character up on one of those RMT sites.
CCP spots you and bans you.
Does this sound like the right course of action?

On the other hand as soon as certain things change CCP can investigate. However a simple change of mail adres or card details isn't always a fact that the ownership changed.
Looking at my own payment history I see various payment methaods used. So that is completely viable.
Even payments comming all of a sudden from another country can still be viable.
I might have imigrated or am going to study abroad for a prolonged period of time.

So yes. They can possibly investigate, but the burden of proof isn't always as clear cut as some people think it might be.

It'd be trivial to sign up on such sites, put up an offer for, say, a hostile alliance leader's wallet character and get it banned if CCP was preemptively banning accounts associated with sale offers on third-party sites. Somehow I doubt they'd want to be part of the metagame.

npc alts have no opinions worth consideration

Why "CCP spots you and bans you" they must initiate transaction, spot isnt enought.So they should convo my char(as real players do) & then start money xfer => ban

Ofc when u want to buy char for real cash first of all u should check that ure talking with owner Arrow convo ingame

Let's roll out the tinfoil.

This get's posted on a saturday by a 3 day old charcter.
He posts this on the russion forum section and here and since it is saturday there is way less chance his links to the RMT site / character transfer get's removed.
So he has like 2 days of quick advertising this site / character sale.

Seems ure seller that u want to ban/close this forum thread.

THIS LINKS IS JUST EXAMPLE
Type same **** in GOOGLE & get 1000+ link in UE/RU/DE/GE/Uk & other domens

U all talk trash about Api/Fail chars that i can post here => fail bans, seems ure sellers cause ure 100% illogical

Ah well, I did the responcible thing and just reported his original post in the russion section and the one here which contains the links.
Let CCP sort it out.
They are the ones who get paid to do that.
