Browser based skill planner?

Hi guy's my work computer wont let me install any software but has no browser restrictions. Just wondering if there is a browser based skill planner for eve? Been looking for about an hour and cant find anything.

I was just wondering the same thing - and coming up with the same results...

Anyone have any ideas?

I have seen a few start up and die off but nothing to date. What are you looking for? something like EveMon or EveHQ or something super simple?
