Data Dump: Where are the conquerable stations?

1) Using the stationID that comes from api.eveonline.com/char/MarketOrders.xml.aspx.
2) Using the mysql converted data dump.

NPC Stations like stationID=60013096 (Sasiekko I - Genolution Biotech Production) can be converted to station names querying the stastations table. Cool...

But what can I do about the conquerable stations? These stationIDs starting with 61 instead of 60. I know the name is going to change but, at least can I get the system name of where the station is at?

I've been browsing the tables for hours but the answer eludes me.. :(
