For what purpose? For level 3 missions, it's likely overtanked. Also, why aren't you using active hardeners? Finally, don't mix extenders and purgers, and for PVE, you're likely better off sticking with purgers.

So i should go all Purgers?

Also what about that last slot? Any thoughts?

PVE

Riggs all Purgers.

Drop A shield power relay and fit a second BCU

As the person above said, active hardeners.

If your skills allow it fit a drone link in your high.

I'd drop a shield mod for a AB or MWD

If it's for PvP

Go back to the drawing table,

Pve 3 purgers. If your going fully passive ok. But really id drop 2 passives for t2 invulns. And alter your remaining passives for omni tank. Depending on your style a second bcs. With missiles alone your dps will be lacking for lvl 4s. Which brings me to the launchers for the time it takes go t2 and if you cba with the training at least put your hand in your pocket for meta 4s.

Down grade the launchers if you dont have the skills, and obviously change the tank as needed (this is optimal)

Dont touch it for PvP

The fit above works....if you're looking at lvl 3's

The Drake I use if doing 3's for a new corp is v. similar, if you're a bit uneasy about tank you can drop the AB for another hardener - or even one of the shield extenders as well so you have 4 hardeners giving v high resists.

Don't worry about the shield dropping, again if you are struggling due to skills then go with 1 BCU and 3 PDU's in the lows....but ideally you want to maximise your gank and be moving as this actually reduces the amount of tank you need and will lead to faster completion. As you get more comfortable with the ship and missions you can strip it to maximise the performance.

Spare High - drone augmentor - or Tractor for those missions with a can you need to grab :-)

This will destroy any L3 and tank pretty much any L4, though the damage output will make most L4 take forever. You have options with above as well. Alternative fits include:

Damage Control II --> Power Diagnostic System II
Shield Recharger II --> Additional shield hardener
Drone Link Augmenter --> tractor beam

I use passive hardeners for my level 4 mission Drake. Active ones give more resists but it's one less thing I have to click.
I've never had an issue with tank but if you're finding tank an issue active hardeners would be the better choice.

Use all purger rigs. IMO shield recharge from purger rigs is better than buffer from extender rigs.

Fit more gank with BCU's and i would put in a 10mn ab and use active hardeners, and use all purgers. Pretty much what everyone else says or posted with their fits. And for the last slot put in a tractor beam or drone range increase module (forgot name) or the auto targeter to increase your max locks.

There is nothing wrong with using active hardeners on a "passive" (no shield booster) shield tank.

There also really is no reason to use resist amplifiers ("fully passive") over hardeners on a Drake, though you can keep a few in your hangar for running Recon part 1 & part 2.

For what it is worth, I used to run level 4 missions with this, and I had BC 3 at the time:

Horrible. Don't fly a Drake.

this is a great ship if you don't plan on blowing anything up with it.

The Drake is a good ship for level 3 - 4 missions. Ignore the trolls.

Also IMO use mission specific hardeners in any ship for level 4s. Now if you're in a fleet where you are sharing the incoming DPS it might not be worth the time to switch hardeners.

don't go out of your way to try and squeeze 3 lse on the ship, it seriously doesn't need that many.

an afterburner is a great addition I overlooked abs on mission ships for far too long

most of the time power diagnostics are pretty weak mods. can be used somewhat nicely on a drake if you need a wee bit more tank, but another spr would make your cap run out.
