What I find sad is people's inability to type "Ever since" without jamming a 'y' in there too.

That's not how it works.
He contracts the items to his alts.

Imagine, why would he want to waste two PLEX ?


The third one is the contract one'd take, when in a haste.
The first two simply fool into believing that the third one will be legit too ...

... and at the end ...


................ for a really short moment ...




...................... the buyer believes he has made a great deal.





The End.

(edit: the haste occurs because of the buyer actually believing he's competing with others for the contracts.)

Jita spammers are an example of how a good thing always has to be screwed up by taking it too extremes.
