I have like 600,000m3 of PI in Nullsec. how the heck do I move it.
Rorquals have 250,000m3 cargo but thats only for raw ore.
Is there a ship capable of moving PI Commodities other than a Jump Freighter?

My advice, if its in the budget use Black Frog Logistics.

The plan was to process into advanced PI. Unfortunately we lost the area and our POCO's

we would need more info to give you useful reply

do you have relatively safe acces to the pocos or routes to empire?
what is the tax rate you are paying?
do you have nearby npc stations?
do you have transports and skill to fly them?
is the product on the surface or in the poco?

these are just a few ? from top of my head that will help you get a straight answer

Yes, it's called a freighter. Get an escort. Or better yet, get a friend with a titan to bridge you. Or you know you could - make several trips.

Use it or sell it locally. Not only are you risking or paying quite a bit of isk to move all that to a trade hub, you're gonna nuke the price on the good(s) you are trying to unload.

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.

Do the math for getting it hauled vs. eating the tax on a CO and transport the refined stuff in an industrial or transport. Use the least expensive or the safest, whichever you prefer.

Depending on what level you have the stuff refined to, it may shrink quite a bit if you can get it all the way to an end product. Do the math there too.
