Cruiser sized marauder vessels

I do not see the purpose of a Cruiser Marauder. Marauder is the ultimate PVE ship. Or it should be.
I think it would be enough to have a T1 Battlecruiser able to tank level 4 missions in each race while you wait to have the skills to fly the Battleship correctly, than the Marauder.
I say that because I find unfair the fact that it is esay to fly a Drake in level 4 missions (even if it is very long to finish) while other races Battlecruisers cannot.

Erm thing that makes Tengu better for this is only speed tanking making income dmg easier to tank, when it comes to dps no doubt the "In yer face" Proteus makes rats self destruct.
Pimpy Tengu 800dps with HM's is a very nice "not cheap at all" setup, Pick the same amount with Proteus you get over 1K dps but being a brick means "yes please dmg me moar I love it"
