As if warp being slow in the first place, not warping to 0km isn't a pain...

Now you can't dock when alt tabbed?

You can't even relax and read EVE stories because EVE browser is an EPIC FREAKING FAIL, and NOW you have to alt-tab back to EVE and ruin your reading?

What tard added this...

If you go to bed and don't alt-tab auto-pilot rewards you MORE...

BUT IF YOU ALT TAB, YOU ARE MORE ACTIVE, YET YOU ARE PENALIZED...






I am SICK of this, it's ******** and there's no reason for it. Bots can surely get around it if that is the reason for this...

I'm confused.

You set autopilot and then minimize the window and your autopilot gets disabled?

Yes, yes indeed.

If you alt tab your ship will just SIT there for eternity at the station, waiting to be smashed.

You could've lost a ship if you didn't realize this while browsing in the actual functioning non-EVE browser.

For Heaven's sake, EVE browser doesn't even work properly on EVE websites 100% of the time...

I'm thinking you glitched or something, since I just tested auto-piloting several jumps and docking into a station with EVE minimized while browsing with Firefox... docked without a problem.

It does not happen every time, but I've noticed this before too. Fill a bug report.

Set game to "Fixed Window" mode

Slight performance drop but you can alt tab in and out much faster and the window is never minimized so there should be no problems that way.

Works like a charm for me, also you can see the game in the background behind the browser window.

Agreed. I've worked up to 3 Eve clients in windowed mode, although I hardly ever autopilot. The only problem I've run into is for some reason the ship would warp just outside of jump range of gates and just hang there. I believe this was a known issue. I also don't use the in-game browser as it is severely lacking in function (youtube alone), and the bright websites clash with the dark interface. That and I love my extra functionality of my customized browser...

I've actually noticed this a lot recently. Although Im pretty sure it doesn't happen every time, it certainly does happen a lot.

Ahh, a full screen bug. Run in windowed mode. I see no discernible loss in performance running three windows and I'm able to minimize things. Even better, I can leave the window on screen and have other things over it so I can monitor.
