Multi Missiles/Shells skill book(s)

I've noticed that all guns/missile bays only fire 1 (one) round per module regardless of the module. My Idea is to introduce a skill that allows you to fire more than 1 round per volley. so for example each heavy missile bay could fire upto 6 Missiles at once. This would not apply for capital ship turrets because of the shear size of the missiles / guns. Also especially for Amarr weapons which have infinate ammo unlike the rest of the galaxy. This skill would have a 100% damage bonus per every level but would have an increased % risk of damage. Up to 15% for level 5.
This would thereby increase the need for laser crystals bringing them in line with the rest of us ammo purchasing players.

So like overheating? Only a 500% damage bonus?

Sounds balanced.

So now you want to take a missile boat, who previously fires a volley of 6 missiles, be able to now fire a volley of 36 missiles? And you want to make a Tornado, which right now can alpha over 10k damage easily, be able to alpha up to 60k? I don't think that would work very well. That puts far too much power in the ganker's hands. Now it would only take 2 tornados to gank a tanked orca in 1.0 sec.
