Having been on our various New Player Experience teams and am, currently, sitting comfy in our Player Experience team (aptly named Team Pony Express) I just wanted to drop by and highlight the important parts of your expereience. All datamining supports the notion that players who join player corps on during their initial experience with EVE stick to the game. It's why we put a tax on the NPC corps, it's why we created the recruiting tools, it's what we're currently looking at trying to ensure people do.

Put a load of public quests for new players in the starter zones, that would so improve new player MMO experience, get them grouping, and allow recruiters to play alts and snap up the new players.
