A drinking establishment in the Empire?

This shall have to be seen and reviewed on my next trip!

For the record, ales and alcohols are one of the major exports of the Theology Council and many Amarrian celebrations include the consumption of alcohol.

They may despise the debauchery and foolishness that arises form drunkenness, but the consumption of alcohol in moderation is not at all a rare thing to see in the Empire.

Huh, well you learn something new every day, I just thought they abstained from alcohol in the way many of them abstain from various other things.

You could use a better grasp of Amarrian culture. Perhaps you should seek one out and be enlighted?

I'll reserve my judgement on that opinion till I've tried the drink, as for enlightenment I think you've more chance of convincing a brick wall.

I believe you missed the point, I wasn't talking about the wine or of enlightenment in the sense of finding service to God. Simply a matter of understanding Amarrian culture.

Then as I said, I'll reserve judgement till I've tried the drink. No disrespect to Captain Goldcore but I've tasted stronger water than some of the "alcohol" I've been offered in my time. Add to that the fact that there is a general lack of public drinking establishments in the Empire and I'd say I've been given a good basis to form my opinion on Amarrian Culture.

Not that I'm not open to a change of opinion, but it'll change on merit and actual substance rather than words.

As for the confusion over enlightenment I apologise. I see a PIE pilot say "enlighten" and the little voice in the back of my mind says "Oh here we go again.." I'm sure I'm not the first nor will be the last pilot to ever make that assumption.

Any wine produced by a slaver.

Though, of course, I was being somewhat metaphorical.

Ad per tradition, my wine is sold exclusively within the empire. I cannot sell it to anyone outside the empire or to anyone not aligned with the empire. So yes, I am perfectly willing to sell some of my gold ribbon wine, however a standard contract is always required, even for limited sales.

It would be an honor to receive a botte (or two) from your fine vineyard. Please kindly contract me with the appropriate pricing.

I, Lord Vaari like very much spiced wine. I often spend hours before starmap and sche...planning how to best improve the life of faithful. Spice wine, especially if it is well made is channel to hear the God's voice to me.

I shall send a bottle to you both free of charge.

I have a few 92's in storage, a personal favorite of mine. Don't forget its proper to read the passage written on the Gold ribbon tied around the neck.

I might just drop in, not to drink the wine, but to observe those who do. Taverns are wonderful places to observe behavior. I'll be there with data pad at hand.

I appreciated the opportunity to visit your establishment and to enjoy your hospitality. I also had an unusual experience while there. I speak of it in my regular log.

I hope to visit again soon.
