State Section 9 are a dedicated State Protectorate support unit who actively engage in factional warfare.

We are looking to recruit pilots and corporations who wish to be involved in the ongoing war with the Federation. We will consider all applications, even from pilots have had very little combat experience. We are quite happy to assist pilots who are inexperienced and give them the training and experience needed as long as they are willing to get involved.
We have a relaxed approach and you will not have orders given to you and be told what skills to train and when.
However, it is in your interests to get involved and get out on the field. Since we are a militia Alliance, capturing complexes and assisting other militia pilots in combat is our primary activity.

We do not provide access to POS's. We do not get involved with non-militia activities such as incursions, mining/industrial operations and wormholes. Pilots are expected to be able to support themselves on a basic financial level. We can offer advice on how to make a good income to support your war effort.

We want to build up an Alliance of good, friendly, relaxed pilots and continue with our operations across Black Rise and Placid. We have a number of contacts within the State Protectorate and also run our own Alliance operations to encourage our pilots to work together and to get out on the field.

Our hours of operation span across EU and US timezones.

For security reasons we must impose the following restrictions on all applications.

- Must have held a pilots licence for at least 90 days
- Must have a minimum security status of -5.0
- Must have the equipment available to use voice communications
- Must be willing to engage in combat when needed
