What about a regular one, and the Chribba class one with the veldy bonuses?

I have toyed with this idea in various threads.

Make the Chribba class even have a veldy compressor in highsec, a veldy only expanded hold, extra veldy yield.

It might have an impact on veld prices, but also provide plenty of targets :)
