so at least nothing of value was lost this time, but i wanted to go on record again to say how bad this game can be (ive made similar posts every few years).

run into a small dictor and his bubble off a gate. Hes like 30km out. I have the opportunity to try and hit my mwd on a destroyer 6-8 times while waiting between attempts for the module to activate, and i never got above 300 m/s or was not able to travel the 10km to the gate to escape.

This is in a low pop region, with less then 20k people online, with only 2 people in system, and it happens right at the perfect moment to bork you over AGAIN!?!

why is it i never seem to die to legit purposes in this game? how many years have you had to figure this out? why dont devs have access to better log keeping information?

i dont want anything for my loss, i just want ccp to get their head out of their (*#.

I died to a nullsec gate camp a week or so ago in an interceptor because when I crashed back to the gate and tried to jump, pressing the jump button on the selected item window had absolutely no effect. My request for reimbursement was denied because the logs showed no indication that I had ever attempted to jump (even though I had hit jump in order to decloak and approach gate). This was after my session change timer had expired.

It's a game and you're playing it over the internet. **** happens, it's not perfect, and sometimes information gets lost. There's really not much anybody can do about it. But I can definitely sympathize with your situation. At least in your case as well as mine nothing of substantial value was lost.
