That stat was released as the average age once, but it's been several years since. No telling if the average age held (as a certain demographic kept bringing in new players), went down (as the population base expanded and MMOs became the babysitter of choice), or went up (if the old farts only recruited in old fart friends, and got older together).

If they could be believed, I recruited a couple of 15-16 year olds back in my early days of eve when I thought that recruitment was easy....

Edited: The game mode where your shots are moving with you. That's important to know. Really.

The average playerbase age being over 35 does not surprise me at all.

I feel like a kid over corp comms...and you can usually hear OUR KIDS over corp comms.
