Let me tell you about Evian Drinker. This man joined Eve online, and on his first! Yes first! Day in the game was in a 200 man fleet in a Rifter. Our fleet engaged an equal sized fleet from -A- who were in Tengus, and after a while they started to warp off. There was one lone Tengu that did not warp off with the rest of their fleet though, and he was burning in space about ~80km from our fleet. At this point Evian Drinker turned on his MWD, burned at the Tengu, and actually got tackle on him! One lone hero rifter was able to catch and hold down a ship worth a thousand times more isk than him. At this point our fleet FC, Shadoo, told everyone to send this hero isk. I think he got around 2 billion isk in donations from our fleet! What did he do with that isk? He bought more rifters and a plex to fully subscribe to the game. He is still playing, months and months later, and still flying rifters. Only a week ago again he hero tackled a Tengu on a Shadoo fleet and everyone just laughed at the chances of it being the same guy again. Never underestimate the power newbies! You too, can pvp on your first day and be a hero!
