Moving into a new wormhole for the first time could come with allot mistakes. Especially if you forgot to pack something with you and you didnt bring it. I was hoping that some of the more experienced corps could share there packing list for members. Items that are needed and must haves to bring with them.

For example, any module that will help repair your ship, such as hull repairer

If you think you'll need it, bring it. There are no stations where you're going.

Unless you are moving to a high class WH, or one with a nullsec static, you shouldnt ever be that far from a hub to pick up stuff you forgot.

Otherwise, plenty of ammo, extra probes and launchers. and at least one extra scan frig.

Ammo. Probes. Commonly fit mods (if you armor tank a lot, bring spares). Any skillbooks you don't have injected but plan to train. Enough ships to do any task you plan on doing (hauling/mining/ratting/PvP/scout/wh crusher) without overdoing it, space is limited in Ship maint arrays.

Also expensive and powerful officer mods, and faction ships. If you need help moving these things, I know a guy...

Every time I hear this question from our own prospects (we live quite shallow, static C2) I give the same answer: A scanning-ship you are comfy with.

Thats the only thing you need, if you got that you can be of use in any situation, in any op. You can get yourself anything that you "forgot to pack".

I'm very suspicious towards the mentality that I need to get everything with me when I first move because "there are no stations in w-space" etc.. - people with that mindset often a) do not understood whats life in w-space is all about and b) have a tendency to becoming POS-spinners, handicapped because "well, I did not bring X so I can't do Y".

Scanning. Thats what's it about.

all wormholes:
tower
hardeners
sma
cha or assembly array
basic defenses
fuel for several weeks
covert ops
spare covert ops
another covert ops
probes and launchers, excessive amounts

if you dont have empire static:

Oh, darn it, i might have misunderstood the Q. Thats a list for anyone that is setting up a corp in a new system, I was under the impression OP was moving in with somebody.

So far looks good,

I'll be making a list and updating the thread with it. Will be going into a C4 without a highsec of course.

If you're moving into a system that already has a pos and everything to store your stuff then this is what I suggest.

Prober - Cov-ops
Money Maker - Tengu
Club - Something to pew with

Beyond that, you'll figure out what else you need as you get around to doing it.

Don't ban me, bro!

Correction, you should never be far from any hub in any class w-space system. Just cycle and scan, cycle and scan.

In all seriousness, this thread is in poor taste. Would you like us to hold your hand while you move this stuff from empire? How can anyone know what you need in your system? You provided almost no info on what class you are moving to or what you will be doing there. If you plan on reacting gas then you need to bring mats as well as reactor arrays and silos, if you want to build a cap ship in lower class hole then you need to bring BPOs and assembly arrays. If you want to PEW in null sec from your w-space then you need to bring the pvp gear and ships of your choice.

Depending on the size and limitations of your static you will need capital ships or a bunch of Orcas. If you do have caps then you will need tons of Stront. The list goes on and it depends on what you will be doing and where. If you are reluctant to provide info, which is understandable, then simply sit down with a piece of paper (shocking!! I know) and write down the list of activities you want to undertake in your new w-space home. Then write down the fittings, consumables (such as ammo, fuel, stront, repair paste) and ships that you need to accomplish your goals. Just keep going from there, soon you will have a decent list of stuff you want to bring.
