Leaving Faction warfare- Cooldown?

I couldnt seem to find an answer on this one. When you leave faction warfare, as a corp or individual, do you have a 24 hour cool down like if you leave under a regular wardec? Or are you out immediately?

Corps retire at next downtime, as for if an individual leaves as soon as they are out of the entity which is at war they are out of the wardec.
