Bleak Land Holders speak out about Minmatar Militia Occupation!

With the recent setbacks in the Amarr-Minmatar front allowing Imperial Forces to retake some systems, some of the dispossessed Holders have been making outlandish claims regarding alleged vandalism and sabotage carried out by Tribal forces !

In the Bleak Lands, one Holder claims that:
"Tribal savages dug up the bodies of my ancestors, and then reburied them upside down! This is an outrage!"

Another states that:
"I have a monumental statue of myself, pointing nobly towards the glorious Imperial future, and the tribal savages put a ridiculous hat on it, and a sign on the plinth saying 'I can see the pub from here'. This clearly will Not Do!"

However, other Holders are of the opinion:
"It doesn't smell like Tribals, smells more like Blood Raiders. Those monsters. They're just sore that they're no longer a force in space, so they're riding the coat tails of the Tribal militia"

This situation contrasts with that in the neighbouring systems in Devoid region, including Sosan, the earldom of the redoubtable Golden Mountain, Lord Vaari.

Lord Vaari, had this to say:
"It is not easy to live on constantly fear for your people, but so far heathen oppressors have not commited any trocities to my subjects."

He went on to condemn the CONCORD paperwork that hands official sovereignty to the Republic:
"Altough my domain is occupied by foreign forces, it does not lessen my claim to it."

Lord Vaari finished by restating his firm belief in the Imperial feudal system, where superiors have duties to those below them:
"While it is her subjects duty to defend her majesty in every action she decides to do, it is also her majesty's duty to protect and guard her humble subject. I have every confident, that in the end her majesty, Jamyl I will liberate what is rightfully mine,"

With the war in the Amarr/Minmatar theatre heating up, more incidents are sure to occur, and Gutter Press will certainly report something about them!

Rumours, Wars, Rumours of Wars, Wars of Rumours!

Glorious.

Well... Though i am sure he does not realise it. Vaari has said something that actually makes sense... kind of.

I believe Vaari failed to see the irony of his statement here if you look at how long Minmatar sovereignty was occupied after they had their space invaded by the Amarr.

Miss Muck Raker, I do believe this is your best piece yet.

I paid some teenagers to spray paint "AR Was Here" and "Jamyl is a pig" on the sides of some slaver cathedrals in Sosan. I had them make the lettering extra large so Vaari wouldn't need his eyepiece to read them. Twisted

This is only partially correct, we reburied them all together in a tasteful reenactment from the climactic scene from the award winning adult film "Face Down Ass UP!!!!." This was not desicration but rather art of the highest magnitude.

I always find Muck Rakers reports informative and entertaining.

While the gentleman’s comments may have been facetious, I fail to see how desecrating the dead serves the cause of freedom.

Everyone’s conduct in war whether Imperial or Tribal will be judged by our common posterity.

I'll have to find a copy of the original to verify the faithfulness of the re-enactment. I'll withhold judgement until after a thoughtful screening. Blink

Forgive me if I fail to see the humor in exhuming the bodies of the dead and posing them in sexual position.
