i also dont understand why most people seem to be personally offended by throwing some numbers around.
even that much personally offended that they cannot discuss the topic in itself.

Vincent, have you been drinking your mom's sherry in the basement again?

This is not a signature.

okay so we can all agree to shield tank being superior for PvE right?
Nope. Shield tank sucks when you want to maintain speed and/or use, say, omnilinks to boost your sentries (the best PvE drones).

The Gila and Ishtar? Lolno. For PvE, the Ishtar's T2 resists; the Ishtar's built-in Drone Link; the Ishtar's versatility; the Ishtar's rigging space; the Ishtar's dual damage bonus; and the Ishtar's higher speed and agility separates them quite neatly.

Sure, the Gila has slightly higher EM resists with that bonus… until you remember that you can armour-tank the Ishtar since it's so versatile, at which point it tanks EM better as well (especially since it pretty much always comes in tandem with therma, which is part of the Ishtar's T2 bonus resist profile).

but you understand thats even less?
I think he's referring to you citing HP/s rather than EHP/s, since HP/s is utterly irrelevant.

you know what I'm just going to explain it

the top number in EFT is your sustained tank, for fits that aren't cap stable and have to pulse their reps. note how it changes when you turn the mwd on and off

the bottom number is what you will tank until you run out of cap and have to start pulsing

to overheat, shift-click a module

I too believe that imaginary fittings made in EFT and which nobody actually uses prove a point.

Edit: That's some sentence.

i hereby vote for moving the Myrmidon to the Minmatar or Caldari race and removing the repair bonus since its not needed.

So it's your vote to make gallente worse than it already is by removing one of their better ships.....
