sell everything; buy a cheap ship with a ship scanner; sit at a gate and scan people; then when you find folk with the most fail fit ships send them cash to buy appropriate modules with an explanation of their failure and how to fix it.

  - remove the cloaked from local; free intel is the real problem, not  "afk" cloaking -

Find a noob and make sure he's a noob, preferably one that you can convince flying something he can not afford to lose.
Get him on mumble or TS or whatever you prefer, better check beforehand that he has a mic.

Convince him to go on an exploration trip in a WH and get him a couple of WH's deep and tell him he's stuck if he doesn't do what you want him to do. Explain him that you have a fetish for roleplaying failed exploration trips in WH's and the only way that you will help him out is if he nurishes your fetish.

Best that you get it prepared a bit as well so you can really get into it, who know's you might have some great fun :-D

Don't forget to record it and post it here.

I think you should liquidate all your assets. Take your new isk and buy prizes for your PvP tournament. Hold a PvP tournament with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Leave a mark on Eve as you quit by throwing a killer tournament. Something like 32 teams of 2, top 3 teams get prizes. Set some rules on ship types so its more accessible to the newer guy.

Get an alt or make a trial account if you have to, and get them in sometype of shuttle with plex/bpos etc in it and fly out of jita with it and than eject about 50km out from station and wait till someone trys to pilot it.

Part two, this is why I had you use an alt. I want you to have your main right next to it in some type of battleship loaded with smartbombs and when they get in you blow them up but you delay the last 1 or 2 so you get the pod AND the wreck essentially blowing up the pilot and all loot.

I reccomend doing this right after downtime so you have chance to get your shuttle that far. Or use some type of frigate with low ehp with a MWD or AB so you can go faster. You can even do this across multiple ships to spread out the fun.

Organize a battle bagger or hauler / miner competition with prices. Would be great to see them fight. Split into age groups.

lol I think that's a really booooring idea, you can mount quite a huge tank on the orca in comparison with the dps of medium drones ;) (ok smartbombs, but you would kill yourself because they use too much cap)

Make sure the road takes them to well known hotspots in 0.0. And let the 0.0 alliances know when the race will take place so they can set up their gate camps in advance.

Bonus of you get EVE-Radio or someone else cover the race live.

Couple things I have done is just ask who want's it in local and give me a reason why I should give it to you. In Dodixie once I told people the first person who can probe me out gets all the stuff in the can next to me. I didn't bother telling them I was cloaked then went afk. Big smile

Do a massive themed roam, with you funding it. Possible suggestions for theme:

The Ship Mining Op: Everyone flies mining ships and haulers.
The Bantam Menace: You shall block out the sun with you Bantams! (Bonus: try and kill pirates. Revenge!)
Reverse Hulkageddon: Suicide Gank as many typical gank ships as possible.
I Want to Be Hated: An entirely ECM boat roam!
I'm Not a Chicken!: Prophecy Gank fleet.

I don't know, I might add some more later.

I would give the money to a New player that has promise in the game.

Advertise you going to have a pvp roam only using Rookie ships (no extra settings or fittings) - this means if they pop in there ship they can dock up and get a new one and continue fighting. (Players with extra fittings will be disqualified)

Players have to be older then 21 days but no more then 1 1/2 months. (They have a subscription and its not just a trial of some pro guy.)

Take them on a roam through null sec and have a dedicated killboard setup.

Top killer over 2 days roaming gets the lot.

Could be fun for new players plus you will have lols at killing BS ships in a 120 man rookie fleet.

Fraps and youtube is a must.

Eve Radio should be used a week-2weeks before event so pro pvp guys cant create chars just for this.

I'd like to see this. Another good idea for it would be to plan the checkpoints through locations where the autopilot is less than efficient in its pathfinding, or where common autopilot settings will take you several jumps out of the way.
